St. Tarscisius  was a 3rd century young Roman who was on his way to deliver the Eucharist to Christians in prison when he was killed on the streets.    ...      He is depicted with the host of his chest and is the patron saint of altar servers and first communions    ...    Two details below:

"From as early as the 8th century to the mid 20th century, the papal tiara was used for the coronation of the newly elected pope. This was last used by Pope Paul VI in 1963.




St. Bridget of Sweden    ...   
"St. Bridget of Sweden (1303-1373) was born to a knight, married a Lord and bore 8 children including St. Catherine of Sweden.  An influential mystic of the middle ages, she joined the Third Order of St. Francis and also encouraged the papacy to return to Rome from Avignon. She was founder of the Bridgettines order of nuns and monks.  She is one of 6 patron saints of Europe.  She is typically depicted with a a crown, crozier (staff) and book." -  Maureen Evans
