The Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus is a consortium of the region's premier health care, life sciences research, and medical education institutions, all co-located on 120 acres in downtown Buffalo, New York, dedicated to creating a world class health, science, and innovation district.

BNMC, Inc., the nonprofit organization created to address shared issues on the Medical Campus focuses on furthering economic growth, igniting urban revitalization, and building a strong, thriving community.

2001 marked a new beginning for a tremendous future. The institutions in partnership with the City of Buffalo, the County of Erie, and the historic Fruit Belt and Allentown neighborhoods, formed the BNMC to create a master plan for the development of this growing medical community. The institutions laid out a 20 year plan that was accomplished in 8 years, and this master plan was updated again in 2010.

The BNMC Members Institutions are:
  • Roswell Park Cancer Institute
  • University at Buffalo
  • Kaleida Health
  • Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center
  • Buffalo Medical Group
