All Chapel stained glass windows are in Gothic Revival style and were designed and fabricated by Willet Studios in 1941.

The design is that of quarry glass,  small square- or diamond-shaped panes, with roundels.

North side windows: "Women of the Church" by Willet Studios in 1946. Eight windows on the North side. A memorial to Carolyn Tripp Clement.

South side windows: "Builders of The Church" by Willet Studios 1946. Eight windows on the South side. A memorial to Stephen Merrill Clement, Jr. These sixteen windows were given by Mr. and Mrs. Norman Parsons Clement.
