1992 - Hull House, including addition (at right in photo) purchased by the Landmark Society of the Niagara Frontier [now the Preservation Buffalo Niagara].  Total 1.1 acres.
2003 - 8 acres behind the house, including the family cemetery

Photo includes fallen gravestone.
2004 - 1.5 acres adjoining the Hull House property to the east, including a modified Civil War era barn
2006 - Hull House addition removed; Federal style end wall parapets
reconstructed.
2007 - Victorian style house adjoining the Hull House to the west. 2 acres.

The house now serves as the Foundation headquarters.
2009 -  LaFarge property - 5 acres - across the street on the southeast corner of Genesee St. and Pavement Road.

Future plans include constructing a visitors center on the site with a passage under Genesee Street to the Hull House.

2010 - 7 acres behind the Victorian style house

2010 - All the property - 24.5 acres -  transfered to  the Hull House Foundation.

2018 -  Total acreage: 27
