The Jerome Puma Larkin Company Collection - China
Jerome Puma Collection - Table of Contents

The Larkin Co. established the Buffalo Pottery in 1901 to produce Larkin products and premiums. Many pieces of collectable Buffalo Pottery were purchased through Larkin, or given as premiums. Larkin established a relationship with Noritake China of Japan to produce china for its catalog sales when it became too costly to produce its own items at Buffalo Pottery.

Today, the patterns distributed exclusively through Larkin, such as "Azalea" and "Scenic" (commonly called "Tree in the Meadow") are very popular with collectors. "Deldare," although offered only once through Larkin catalog sales, has become a highly prized and valuable line of collectable American art pottery.
