In November of 2012, the Friends of Architecture Award was given by The American Institute of Architects Buffalo/WNY Chapter.

In November of 2010, the Owen B. Augspurger award, which recognizes local historians devoted to the preservation of Erie County's heritage was given by the Buffalo & Erie County Historical Society

In June of 2002, this web site was given an award by the mayor of Buffalo, Anthony Masiello, and the Buffalo Preservation Board "for creating countless web sites for historic properties ... educating the person who logs on about the history of both the building and its architecture."

In 2006 and 2007, Buffalo as an Architectural Museum was awarded First Place in the Buffalo Spree "Best of Buffalo: Website" category
