Down within the Niagara gorge, Robert Lobe discovered a tree grown around a large rock which he used to mold an aluminum skin for a sculptural form, and made a true concrete replica. By severing the sculpture in half, he displaces solid and hollow forms inside (see below) and outside the station, as shown here.
