"Art of Investing" Discussion Group to Meet Every Monday During the 2012 Chautauqua Season
3:10 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. @ Smith Library, Chautauqua Institution
For several years, a group of people visiting Chautauqua Institution
during the summer, have met weekly on Mondays at the Smith Library, to
discuss the markets.
Since 2009, this has been called, the "Art of Investing" Discussion
Group and has been led and coordinated by Dennis Galucki, who had a 30+
year career in the investment field.
It has become customary for weekly attendees to offer one stock each week they believe will do well over the next year.
Recognition will be made this year to the stock with the best
percentage gain through Friday, June 22, 2012 (and it's selector, if
they attend in 2012).
Based on the 4 P.M. price on the day it was selected during the 2011
Season and the 4 P.M. closing price on June 15, 2012, here are the top
10 performing stocks - so far:
