The Western New York Entertainment
Hall of Fame
Located in Shea's Buffalo Center for the Performing
Arts
Paintings by George Palmer
Established by the Board of Trustees of Shea's Performing Arts Center in 1987, the Entertainment Hall of Fame honors Western New Yorkers who have gone on to illustrious careers in the entertainment field.
Each year, a Blue Ribbon Selection Committee, appointed by the Board, considers nominees from the many disciplines of the performing arts.
A portrait of each inductee in the Hall of Fame will hang in the (Petite) lobby of Shea's.
Each inductee is presented with a beautiful crystal trophy named "The Lucy Award" in honor of the first member of the Hall of Fame, Miss Lucille Ball.
