Gravely stucco applied directly to the masonry without any lath when John Winspear owned the house 1857-67 Attic window was original a Federal style vertical elliptical shape and will be reproduced during a later phase of restoration. White board and batten building to right is a later addition and will be removed during a later phase of restoration.
