The Pharisee and the Publican - Luke 18:9-14
Willet Studios

The Pharisee and the Publican window depicts the two men in the center medallion, the one who trusted in himself that he was righteous standing in the Temple boasting of his virtues to God, and the other, afar off, not... lifting so much his eyes unto heaven, saying "God be merciful to me a sinner."

In the upper medallion the alms, and in the lower medallion the praying hands, which along with fasting, were the Pharisaic virtues.
